Clear scope makes good work possible.

These website terms explain how inquiries and service discussions work. A signed proposal or statement of work sets the specific terms for any engagement.

1. About Wizard Business Support

Wizard Business Support provides virtual assistant and business-support services across administration, technical operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer success. The business is based at Main Street, Town Center, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

2. Website use and inquiries

You may use this website to learn about the services and send a business inquiry. Submitting the contact form is a request for a conversation, not acceptance of a client, a promise that a particular service is available, or a confirmed service order. An engagement begins only when both sides agree the work in writing.

Please provide accurate information and do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or information you are not authorized to share. Do not use the site to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful material.

3. Scope and responsibilities

Before work starts, the parties should agree the services, deliverables, working hours, communication method, access needed, approval process, and any limits in a written proposal or statement of work. You are responsible for timely instructions, authorized access, and reviewing work that requires your approval. Wizard Business Support will carry out agreed tasks with reasonable care and will raise material questions or blockers through the agreed contact method.

Do not send login credentials through the public inquiry form. Any account access should be arranged later through a mutually agreed secure method and limited to the access needed for the approved task.

4. Rates, invoices, and payment terms

The listed rate for each of the five Administrative & Executive Support services is $10 per hour. The supplied weekly packages are 10 hours for $100 per week, 20 hours for $200 per week, and 40 hours for $400 per week. Prices displayed for other individual services are illustrative sample starting points in USD, not a binding quote. A written proposal or statement of work will confirm package scope, applicable currency, taxes, included coverage and tools, any minimum commitment, invoice timing, and payment due date before work begins.

Wizard Business Support offers an option of 10 hours of support at no charge. Before the trial begins, the parties should confirm in writing which services it covers, the schedule, and any offer-specific conditions. The trial does not automatically continue into paid work; any paid engagement afterward requires a separate written agreement.

Do not rely on a sample amount as a final price. If a written agreement conflicts with a general price display on this website, the agreed written scope and price will govern to the extent allowed by applicable law.

5. Changes, cancellation, and refunds

Any change to scope, hours, price, renewal, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or late-payment arrangement must be stated in the applicable written service agreement. If a proposal does not address an issue that matters to you, ask for written clarification before accepting it.

6. Third-party platforms and client materials

Some work may use platforms, websites, hosting, or software operated by other providers. Their availability, terms, security, fees, and changes are controlled by those providers. Unless a written scope says otherwise, you remain responsible for your own third-party accounts, subscriptions, permissions, and approval of material changes.

You retain responsibility for material and instructions you provide, including having the rights and permissions needed for their use. Ownership or licensing of work created for a project will be stated in that project's written agreement.

7. Confidentiality and privacy

Confidentiality arrangements for client work should be set out in the applicable service agreement. Information submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send sensitive account secrets through the inquiry form.

8. Service information and legal limits

Website descriptions are general information and do not guarantee a particular commercial, technical, marketing, or customer-service result. Wizard Business Support does not provide legal, tax, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice unless a separate agreement and appropriate authorization expressly say otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any other liability allocation or cap must be expressly agreed in the written service agreement.

9. Governing law and disputes

The governing law, competent forum, and dispute-resolution process for a paid engagement should be stated in its written agreement after the parties obtain any advice they need. This page does not select a court or governing-law clause for an engagement. You can contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to understand and resolve a concern.

10. Changes and contact

We may update website content as services change. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated. For questions about the website terms, email [email protected].

For a particular engagement, review the complete written service agreement before work starts. These website terms are general information and should be reviewed by qualified UAE counsel before they are relied on as the business’s final legal terms.
